Carol Weliky grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and has lived and worked in Portland, Oregon for over thirty years. She has written songs, poetry and short fiction. A line of her poetry, stamped in concrete, can be found along Portland’s newest light rail line. Currently, she is taking a break from a conventional novel-writing project to write very tiny novels.
